Milk (Mild) ------------ One cup
Water --------------- As needed (To knead)
mayonnaise ---------- One cup
Lemon ----------- Half
Garlic paste ----------- quarter teaspoon
Green Coriander ----------- 1 tablespoon
Black pepper ------------- A pinch

Take the above mentioned items according to your choice and need, which you like to add and eat in Shawarma.
First, put the chicken in a bowl. Now add salt, red chili powder, chopped red chili, turmeric, hot spices, dry coriander powder, garlic ginger paste, lemon, chili sauce and soy sauce and mix well so that all the spices are well coated on the chicken. go Now keep this mixture covered to marinate the chicken.
Now, while the chicken is marinating, prepare the batter for the shoramae. Take fine flour in a pot for the dough of Shorama. Now add salt, sugar, baking powder, curd, cooking oil and lukewarm milk. If you like smoky chicken in shawarma, take a coal for it, heat it well and place a cabbage leaf in the middle on top of the chicken and place the hot coal on this leaf, now cover this chicken with coal for 10 to 15 minutes.
